All Things Unity #20 {TAGS}

Welcome back All Things Unity fans!! We are so happy that you have stopped by! 

Thanks to all our fabulous players from our last challenge [#19 Color challenge]. We really enjoy visiting your blogs and checking out your amazing creations! We would like to feature one of our players from this challenge--check out what GWEN made. Today starts a brand new challenge! And we thought it would be fun to have you make some TAGS! Tags are so "in" right now--and so much fun to make! They are perfect for your Christmas gifts and for holiday baked goods! 

How to play along::

1. Create a TAG (or several) using only Unity and Ippity stamps. 

2. Post your creations on your blog (or gallery) and link back to All Things Unity. **Be sure to mention ATU in your post.

3. If you load your creation up in an online gallery, please use the keyword ATU20. 

4. This challenge will end on Saturday, December 11 at 11:59pm. So be sure to link up before then:}

To help you get started, you should check out what the ATU DT gals made--this will def. get you inspired.

FWF {November 26}

Hey everyone, Carole here with my first ATU FWF! How's that for a mouthful of alphabet soup? Just wait...it gets even better. It's really a CAS PDC FTL EIC ATU FWF. You see, it's a clean & simple card using the colours from this week's Play Date Cafe and the layout from Clean & Simple Stamping (FTL117), inspired by the Christmas cookies in this week's EtsyInspired Challenge shop, here at All Things Unity for Friends With Flair.

It didn't come out exactly how I wanted it to...I haven't quite figured out a method on how to get one ink inside a stamp with another on the outside - and get two different embossing powders where I want them at the same time. I really wanted to emboss the inside of the tree in silver. The first time I tried it, I ended up with a rather lovely all-silver tree. Not what I was looking for!
I used Joy & Wonder, which is not on sale this weekend, but check out what is!!

FWF {Nov. 19}

Hello, friends:} Sav here! I finally had some time in the studio this week, and I created this fun card for a couple of challenges::: 

Get Sketchy #64 and 

All Things Unity color challenge #19. 

I used Unity's bird from the October 10 KOTM along with the sentiment from Happy Everything. I love that burlap tag! SO FUN! Love these colors too!

I found shari caroll’s great video tutorial to make this photo/gift card holder. mine doesn’t look anything like her card , but I followed the basic construction steps she showed.

I love the new jillibean stamps and papers, and that’s what I’ve used here.you can put a family pic on the front of the insert and a gift card on the back.

all things unity 18...

hi everyone!  first, i want to thank everyone who played along on the last challenge!  for this challenge, we want to see monochromatic cards!  all you have to do, is make a project or card using  monochromatic colors!  you have until  11-13 midnight to link up your card below.

i wanted to share a couple changes with the design team starting this week.  first, cathy, our guest designer is now part of the regular team!    and that means we needed a new guest designer, and the wonderful carole is filling that spot!  congrats, cathy and carole!
